Effective 1 January 2012 Amy Harper (formerly a Senior Associate in the firm) was appointed as a Partner.
Amy is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Business Law and practices in the business, commercial and corporate law areas with particular skills in mergers and acquisitions, business structures and building and construction law.
