Senior Associate, Franca Parolin, has been unanimously elected as the new President of the Collaborative Family Lawyers Illawarra Shoalhaven Group.
Franca takes over from Associate, Natasha Fuller, who chose not to stand for re-election as President, a role she held for two years. Natasha will remain an active member of the group.
CFLIS consists of lawyers based in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions who are qualified in the collaborative law process.
The collaborative law process encourages parties and their lawyers to 'work together to create fair and unique solutions to their financial or child-related issues without involving the court.'
