Jean-Paul was appointed as an Associate in 2012. He is a regular speaker at seminars organised by Kells aimed at persons in the property sector.
Jean-Paul has a diverse client base including local councils, government authorities and private clients in a range of sectors. Jean-Paul is dedicated to providing advice which is technically sound, easy to understand and commercially astute having regard to the client’s desired outcome and the realities facing them.
Jean-Paul is also experienced in advising on construction and development-related disputes and, in particular, claims under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW).
Jean-Paul has a particular interest in foreign languages and is fluent in Italian.
