- Conveyancing – Law and Practice (Macquarie University)
Kim has over 20 years’ experience in the legal profession. She began her career in the legal industry in 1992, and over the years has gained considerable experience in not only conveyancing and property related transactions, but also in wills and estates. In 2001, Kim moved to London where she worked for a number of large corporate law firms before returning to the Illawarra to begin her family.
After taking some leave from the workforce while having her family Kim returned to the legal industry and began 3 years of study at Macquarie University to become a Licensed Conveyancer. She received her Conveyancing licence in 2010.
Kim has been with Kells since 2008, and she shares the management of our residential property team at our Shellharbour branch handling all residential sale and purchase transactions including off-plan transactions as well as mortgage and guarantee advice, transfers and property settlement transactions.
Kim prides herself on getting to know her clients. Her philosophy is, "treat my clients the same way I would like to be treated." This is proven by the large number of clients that return to Kim time and time again when needing property related legal advice. Her clients trust her and she always has her clients’ best interests at heart.
In her spare time, when not juggling her working mother role, she loves travelling and in another life would love to come back as a Travel Agent!
Kim welcomes any new or existing clients to contact her at the Shellharbour office where she would be happy to help, as always.
Kim is also a Justice of the Peace.Back to Our People
