Madeline Bow

Law Student Cadet

Madeline is a Law Student Cadet currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Law at the University of Wollongong. She is due to be admitted to the NSW Supreme Court in January 2016.

She is currently working in the Wollongong Commercial team. Her past experience at Kells includes placements in Wollongong Residential Property, Wollongong Commercial Property, Compensation, Family Law, Southern Illawarra Commercial Team, and Sydney Litigation.

In the past, she has coordinated the Compensation team's agency matters and the firm's debt recovery work.

In 2015, Madeline lived in Taipei, Taiwan, and studied at Soochow University on a study exchange, where she studied law and Chinese Mandarin. In 2014, she represented the University of Wollongong at an international law conference at Brawijaya University in Malang, Indonesia, and presented on Australian Constitutional Law.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking her dog, and volunteering with Woonona Surf Life Saving Club, where she is the Director of Education. During the 2014/15 season Madeline was a finalist for the SLSNSW Volunteer of the Year Award for her contribution to Surf Life Saving. In the past she has captained the firm's mixed netball and soccer teams.
