Melissa joined Kells in February 2010, shortly after being admitted as a lawyer.

Melissa acts for clients who have suffered injury at work, in a car accident, public place or as a result of somebody else’s negligence, to obtain the compensation they deserve. A practice area of particular interest to Melissa is medical negligence.

Melissa also assists clients with employment law matters, such as advising in relation to proper termination, unfair dismissal, minimum wages and discrimination.

Melissa has experience in court representation and other means of dispute resolution including mediation, conciliation and arbitration.

Melissa is committed to making a genuine difference to her clients' lives.  She brings innovative and fresh ideas about practical solutions for great outcomes… and she’s fluent in Italian.
