Family disputes often arise when a loved one passes away, particularly when the deceased's will favours one family member over another. This situation can lead to animosity among grieving families.  Dealing with will disputes and estate litigation is inherently complex, involving intricate legal aspects. Individuals engaged in litigation during such emotionally charged times may find it exceptionally stressful. It's natural for emotions to run high during these challenging life events.


For the estate's executor, defending a claim can be particularly complicated and stressful, especially if they are new to this role.

  • How do I book my spot?

    To register your interest, complete our form and we will phone you back to confirm your time. If you would prefer to telehone us, please call (02) 4243 3504 and ask to speak with Genevieve. 

  • Who am I going to see?

    You will be seeing Brooke who specialises in estate matters including: estate planning (Wills and binding death nominations) and estate disputes (Provision matters acting for the estate, individuals requesting further Provision and individuals left out of Wills altogether).  Brooke grew up in the Illawarra, is known for being authentic, generous and motivated.

  • Is it really free?

    Yes. You will be provided with 30-minutes of face-to-face meeting with Brooke who will explain the will dispute process. Advance registration is required due to booking limitations on the day.
