About
Alice is a special counsel based in our Wollongong office and specialises in litigation, employment, and migration law. She grew up in Sydney and is known by her clients for her pragmatic and diligent outlook.
What she does
Alice has experience in guiding clients through the complexities of litigation. She is experienced in running Federal Court employment law matters, Supreme, District and Local Court commercial disputes, property disputes, neighbour disputes and NCAT tenancy, consumer and building claims. She also advises construction clients on security for payment applications under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 (NSW).
She further specialises in employment law issues including unfair dismissals, adverse action (general protections applications), restraints of trade, bullying, unlawful discrimination, contract disputes, transfers of business and redundancy and award and agreement interpretation. Alice’s advice is practical and adaptive, suited to the business or individual objectives of her clients.
Alice also has a depth of experience across all areas of migration law including employer sponsored visas, family visas and skilled visas. She is a seasoned lawyer on complex health waivers, character waivers, PIC 4020 waivers, Administrative Appeals Tribunal appeals and Ministerial Intervention applications.

Community Involvement
Alice is a proud member of the Women Lawyers Association – Wollongong Chapter and volunteers her time at her local Surf Life Saving Club.
Qualifications
Alice holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) with Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Life Outside Kells
When she is not working, Alice loves spending time with her family at their local beach and riding along the Wollongong to Thirroul cycle track.
