Colleen is an Associate in our Compensation practice based in Wollongong. Having grown up locally, she brings a strong understanding of the community she serves and a genuine commitment to helping people during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

What she does
Colleen is an experienced personal injury lawyer practising across a broad range of compensation matters. She has acted for clients in complex and sensitive claims, providing clear advice, strategic guidance and strong advocacy throughout every stage of the legal process.
Her experience includes representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims and workers compensation matters, as well as work injury damages claims arising from serious and permanent injuries. Colleen also regularly assists clients with public liability claims, medical negligence matters and dust disease claims, where careful attention to detail and a compassionate approach are essential.
In addition, Colleen has experience advising on total and permanent disability (TPD) claims, owner and occupier third party claims, and institutional abuse matters. She approaches each case with professionalism and empathy, understanding that behind every claim is a person seeking support, accountability and a secure path forward.

Qualifications
Collen has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong and also has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys travelling, catching up with friends and family over coffee, exploring the outdoors with her puppy, and staying active through all things exercise.
