Cornelia is a senior lawyer with over 16 years’ experience, who practices exclusively in the area of Wills and Estates. Cornelia grew up in Namibia and is known by her clients and colleagues as compassionate, honest, and loyal.
What she does
She works closely with her clients to achieve their estate planning objectives by preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents. In considering the estate plan, she can also assist her clients with more complex situations, including consideration of trusts, family businesses and family loans.
Cornelia also provides support to executors and administrators who have the responsibility of obtaining probate and administering the estates of their friends and family members. Experienced in both acting for those who have been left out of a Will or not adequately provided for, and for executors who are defending against such claims, Cornelia’s clients value her balanced perspective and ability to support them through what can be one of the most stressful times of their lives.

Qualifications
Cornelia commenced her studies in completing a Bachelor of Biomedical Science but then transferred her passions to completing a Bachelor of Laws. She also has a Diploma of Arts (Philosophy) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice. During Cornelia’s studies, she was awarded with the Annual Chin Liew Ten Prize for Top Student in Second Year Philosophy and with the year’s Peter Singer Prize for Moral Philosophy.
Life Outside Kells
Travelling has always been exciting and rewarding for Cornelia however these days she is busy building her dream home. Cornelia loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys being outdoors at the beach.
