David Addinall

About

David is a senior associate based in our Sydney office and specialises in dispute resolution and commercial law. He grew up in the Sutherland Shire and is known by his clients for his diligent and impartial outlook.

What he does

David is an experienced advocate and dispute resolution lawyer and conducts commercial litigation matters in both state and federal jurisdictions. He has acted for clients in relation to a broad range of legal issues, including building and construction disputes, enforcing and defending restraints of trade actions, corporate and personal insolvency, business and shareholder disputes and professional negligence claims. In addition, David assists his clients with transactional matters, including sales of business, shareholder and joint venture agreements, loan and security agreements and other commercial contracts. 

Who David acts for

David acts for small to large businesses, directors and shareholders of companies and liquidators. 

Qualifications

David has a LLB, B Comm (major in Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.

Outside of Kells

David enjoys sports, particularly golf and snowboarding. He also enjoys travelling and socialising with his family and friends.
