Genevieve is an estate planning lawyer based in our Shellharbour office. She grew up in Sydney and is known for her warm, dependability and welcoming nature.

What she does

Genevieve works closely with clients to assist them with all aspects of their estate planning, ensuring their wishes are clearly documented and legally sound. This includes preparing tailored wills, powers of attorney, and enduring guardianship documents that reflect each client’s unique circumstances. She also guides families through the often-complex process of estate administration, providing compassionate support and practical advice to help them manage their loved one’s affairs with confidence and ease.

She also provides advice on business conveyances and lease matters, working alongside our Commercial team to ensure transactions run smoothly from start to finish. Her role includes reviewing and preparing documentation, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through each stage of the process so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Wollongong and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Outside of Kells

Genevieve stays active by regularly hitting the gym to maintain her fitness. A keen plant enthusiast, she loves browsing the aisles of Bunnings in search of new greenery to nurture. She also treasures weekends spent camping with friends and family, embracing the outdoors and the chance to unwind in nature.
