Jana Massingham

About

Jana is an estate planning lawyer based in our Dapto office. Jana grew up in Western Sydney and is known for her compassionate, attentive and bubbly character.   

What she does

Jana assists people with their estate planning objectives, including the preparation of Wills, Enduring Power of Attorneys and Appointment of Enduring Guardian documents all tailored to best suit their individual needs. 

“I have a passion for estate planning after having seen firsthand the ways in which inadequate foresight can impact the individual and the family unit in various ways, including increased pressure at an already difficult time of life. I enjoy assisting individuals, couples and families plan ahead for the benefit it brings to themselves and loved ones.”

Qualifications

Jana has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wollongong, has also completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law and is admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.

Life Outside Kells

Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, ocean swims, weekend camping, wine and cheeseboards, reality TV with her mum, and shopping with friends.
