About

Kim is a highly experienced licensed conveyancer based in our Shellharbour office with over 30 years experience working in the legal industry. She grew up locally and is known for her fun, outgoing and friendly nature. 

What she does

Kim assists clients with all forms of residential sale and purchase transactions including off-the-plan transactions as well as transfers and property settlement transactions.  

Personal service is a paramount concern to Kim when dealing with her conveyancing clients. She takes the extra time to provide explanations about property conveyancing in terminology that you can understand.

Qualifications

Kim studied Conveyancing & Law Practice at Macquarie University and she is also a Justice of the Peace. 

Life Outside Kells

Kim loves travelling and experiencing other cultures and, in another life, would come back as a travel agent! She has been fortunate to be able to experience this amazing world with having lived abroad for a number of years.
