With a career spanning more than 28 years, Mario acts for clients on complex and strategically important cases in business, banking and finance and litigation, as well as managing the Sydney office. He grew up in Newcastle and is known for being an accomplished lawyer with a practical and hard-hitting outlook.

What he does

He acts for clients covering the areas of corporate and commercial law, business law, property, franchising, intellectual property, banking and finance, tort law, trade practice and common law negligence. Mario has conducted many complex matters and has predominantly assisted corporate and commercial clients dealing in issues of contract, banking and finance, conflict of laws in industrial law, joint venture disputes, building and engineering disputes and trade practice cases.

Qualifications

Mario has a Bachelor of Metallurgy from the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Diploma of Law from the University of Sydney. 

Life Outside Kells

Mario loves spending time with his family, enjoys discovering new cafes in Sydney and during the summer months, will be found at the beach.
