Nicki McNamara

Nicki is a lawyer in the Kells estate planning practice. She is experienced in estate planning, trusts and taxation law. Nicki is known for her solutions-focused, friendly and adventurous character.

What she does

Nicki assists clients with complex estate and succession planning, enduring powers of attorney & enduring guardianship, deceased estates and trust administration. She also advises clients on effective strategies for maximising asset protection, tax efficiency and flexible wealth distribution.

Who Nicki works with

Nicki assists clients of all ages and stages of life with a focus on family groups with small to medium size businesses and high net wealth individuals.

Community Involvement

Nicki is Board Member of Inside Industry which acts to promote community engagement between industry and tourism in the Illawarra.

Qualifications

Nicki's credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours), Bachelor of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and ‘A Tax’ with the UNSW School of Taxation and Business Law. She is also studying to complete her Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Estate Planning and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.

Life Outside Kells

During the colder months, Nicki will be found skiing and over Summer, enjoys bushwalking the escarpment and spending time at the beach with her husband and three children.
