Shanae is based in our Wollongong office as a licensed conveyancer. She grew up in the Illawarra so has valuable knowledge of the local area which is particularly useful when buying or selling land or property. When dealing with her clients, Shanae is known for her personable, determined and confident nature. 

What Shanae does

Shanae acts for people on residential sales and purchases, including off-the-plan transactions and property transfers between family members. 

Shanae understands that every client is different and will strive to remain solution based by helping each client achieve the outcome that best suits their circumstance. No matter what type of property you are buying or selling, Shanae will jump hurdles to make sure your property transaction is secure, easy and on time.

Qualifications 

Shanae studied Conveyancing Law & Practice at Macquarie University. 

Outside of Kells

Shanae is an advocate for keeping healthy via regular gym sessions, pilates or sunrise walks with her gorgeous little puppy, Archie. Her weekends are also spent with family and friends, trying out new restaurants and reading.
