About

Shayne is an experienced marketing manager with a demonstrated history of working in professional services. She directs all the marketing and communication initiatives and oversees the firm’s business development strategies. Shayne is known for her creativity, collaboration and being able to see the big picture.

What she does

Shayne ensures that all the marketing, communications and business development enterprises are conducted in line with the firm’s brand and business strategies. Her aim at Kells is to target areas of the market who are in need of legal services and promote the firm’s wide range of services to that market via various marketing and communication mediums.

Qualifications

Shayne has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and has completed a Masters of Psychology. She also has a Diploma in Marketing and Communications.

Community Involvement

Is a member of Dapto Community Organic Farm, where approximately 70 members grow a variety of vegetables, fruit and herbs according to organic principles. The farm provides the opportunity to explore the benefits for individuals, the community and the earth. Shayne was named among 8 other marketing professionals in law across Australia as a finalist for the Marketing and Communications Professional of the Year Award in the 2019 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards.

Life Outside Kells

Spending time with her family is Shayne’s number one priority outside the office. She is an avid cook and baker, enjoys hiking and listening to the golden age of music, the 80s!
