Terri is an experienced commercial and estate planning lawyer based across our Wollongong, Sydney and Kiama office locations. Having spent many years in house for a not-for-profit organisation in Sydney, she now resides in the Illawarra however maintains close links with Sydney. Terri is resourceful, focused and caring.
What she does
Terri has extensive experience in advising clients on intricate legal matters in commercial law with a focus on business transactions, commercial contracts, buying and selling of businesses, compliance and corporate governance. Terri ensures robust legal strategies align with her client's business objectives and personal goals.
Terri also specialises in estate planning, estate disputes and litigation. She is committed to delivering exceptional service, and guiding clients through complex legal landscapes with clarity and efficiency.
She further specialises in employment law issues including unfair dismissals and restraints of trade as well as drafting and reviewing service agreements and contracts, and award and agreement interpretation.
Terri is recognised by both her peers and the commercial community as a leader in her field.

Community Involvement
Terri was in house for a not-for-profit organisation for many years focusing on reducing poverty through education in East Africa. She has a keen interest in reducing poverty through education, particularly girls’ education. Terri holds the position of Chairperson of the Cloud School - The Classroom in the Cloud.
Qualifications
Terri has a Bachelor of Arts, Communications and Anthropology from Macquarie University, a Diploma in Financial Planning from Deakin University and a Diploma in Law from the University of Sydney. She also has completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Life Outside Kells
On the weekends you will find Terri at the beach or swimming in the ocean pools. When she is in Sydney, Terri enjoys catching up with family and friends and appreciating the many delightful cafes and restaurants that Sydney offers.
