About

Travis is a successful property and estate planning lawyer based in our Wollongong office and is passionate about providing exceptional friendly client service. He grew up in the south coast and is known for his loyal, pragmatic and determined character. 

What he does

Travis advises clients on all areas of purchasing and selling residential and commercial property, including strata, community and company title. 

He also assists clients with estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation matters including defending and acting in family provision claims. 

“I commenced my legal career with a focus on property and commercial matters, but experiences from my personal life created a newfound appreciation and interest in the importance of Estate planning and Estate Administration. While many people recognise the importance of Estate Planning and intend to take care of it in the future, failing to have the appropriate documents in place can really have detrimental impacts on family members and their relationships when the documents are unexpectedly needed.”

Qualifications

Travis holds a Bachelor of Art (Politics) and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong. He also has a Graduate Diploma from the College of Law. 

Outside of Kells

Travis has a strong interest in reading and listening to politics and enjoys sports, in particular NRL and English Premier League. He will be found spending most weekends waterskiing or four wheel driving/camping.
