Kyle is a lawyer in our commercial and property practice based in our Shellharbour office. He grew up in the Illawarra region and is known in the Kells team for being observant, honest and his perseverance.
What he does
An experienced commercial and property lawyer, Kyle frequently acts on sales and purchases of commercial premises, for developers off the plan property developments (from vacant land through to strata title apartments with shared facilities and custom by-laws) and on commercial, industrial and retail leases. He also provides advice on acquisitions of land by Councils and other government authorities and representation in disputes concerning commercial contracts and other agreements. Kyle has appeared for clients in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT), the Local Court, the District Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal.
Who Kyle works with
Kyle works with developers, Councils, business owners and private individuals throughout New South Wales.
Kyle has a Diploma in Law (LPAB) and has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (ANU).
Outside of Kells
Kyle enjoys a wide range of sports, particularly cricket and rugby league, with his favourite NRL team being the St George Illawarra Dragons. He plays cricket for Jamberoo Cricket Club during the summer and in his spare time enjoys reading, particularly non-fiction and history novels.
