Carly is a personal injury lawyer based in our Wollongong office. She grew up in the Illawarra and is known for her compassionate, meticulous, and driven manner.

With her broad expertise and knowledge she prides herself on being able to advise and consider all potential legal avenues of compensation when an accident, illness or injury occurs. 

Carly helps people in personal injury claims including motor vehicle accidents, workers compensation including Comcare and work injury damages claims, public and product liability claims, medical negligence issues, child sexual abuse, income protection and total and permanent disablement insurance claims along with all cases on dust disease and industrial deafness.

Qualifications

Carly graduated from the Southern Cross University with a Bachelor of Laws. She also has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice received from the College of Law. 

Carly is an approved legal service provider with the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office.

Outside of Kells

Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys travelling with Japan being her favourite destination.
