About

Peter is a highly experienced lawyer with over 40 years experience in property law. He is based in our Kiama office and also resides in Kiama and is known by his clients and colleagues for his outgoing positive character.  

What he does

Peter practices in property law with a focus on commercial leasing, sale and acquisition advice together with residential and commercial conveyancing. He also has an emphasis on house purchases, commercial shops and childcare businesses.  

“I enjoy assisting clients as a first port of call for most of their legal needs. I pride myself on helping families with their purchasing and selling of their homes along with advising small to medium business people with their sales, acquisitions and leasing. I deliver tailored needs to each individual client and help to identify legal solutions to their property matter with ease.”

Clients range from individuals and families up to small business owners and childcare proprietors.  

Qualifications

Diploma in Law and is admitted to the NSW Supreme Court Solicitors Roll and the High Court of Australia.  

Community Involvement

Peter has been involved for some years in the local Kiama football club and has previously served as the club judiciary officer with Kiama Juniors.  

Life Outside Kells

 Peter enjoys being outdoors and is an avid lover of surfing. He is a strong supporter for his two children, both of whom are elite athletes and he travels with both of them to their various sporting events.
